About the Doctor

Dionne J. Finlay, D.D.S. received her dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Following graduation, she completed a two-year residency in Pediatric Dentistry from the college.

Dr. Finlay's post-graduate training includes rotations at Bellevue and Lutheran Hospitals, NYU Medical Center and the Rose F. Kennedy Dental Center. 

Her list of honors includes the Bernard P. Tillis Award for Excellence in Dental Journalism, the NYU Alumnae Key Pin Award for Outstanding Achievement and an Outstanding Academic Achievement and Service to the Community Award from the NYU Association of Black Faculty, Administrators and Staff.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Bronx County Dental Society, the National Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Women Dentists.

In her spare time, Dr. Finlay participates in international outreaches with HealthCare International. She is the mother of one son, who is currently a student at NYU's College of Arts and Sciences.
