Meet Dr. Angelina Adames

Dr. Angelina Adames (aka Dr. Angelina) grew up in the Dominican Republic, where she obtained her dental degree from Universidad Iberoamericana – UNIBE in 2006. She went on to complete a three-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certification from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. There, she became the Chief Resident over her peers.

After graduation, Dr. Angelina worked in private practice and as a mobile dentist in the New York City Public Schools. In 2018, she completed a one-year Special Care Dentistry General Practice Residency at Helen Hayes Hospital, and a one-year Fellowship in Pediatric Dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center. She is licensed in New York and Florida.

Currently, Dr. Angelina works as an Associate at Smile-Savers Pediatric Dentistry and is interested in becoming a pediatric dental specialist. She is a highly motivated, goal-oriented professional with a lively personality. She is creative, diligent, and enthusiastic.

Dr. Angelina is married, and the mother of a six-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter, who she says inspires her to become a better human being every day. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys playing the violoncello.
